Dear EAC Network Supporter,

EAC Network remains committed to providing essential programs and direct support services amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, while also adhering to critical measures that promote the safety and health of our clients, staff, and community at large. We continue to work with funders and leading agencies, monitor and adhere to changing guidelines and recommendations, and make adaptations as needed to ensure the continued delivery of our services during this rapidly changing situation. We are grateful to our staff, funders, and community partners, who remain committed to carrying out our mission of empowering, assisting, and caring for those in need.

Now, more than ever, we need your support to address the critical needs and growing demand for our services. By making a contribution, you can help us to deliver:

  • Meals and case management services for vulnerable senior populations
  • Nutrition services for HIV clients
  • Adult guardianship services for incapacitated adults
  • Multi-disciplinary team services for children who are victims of abuse
  • Care coordination for those with chronic medical conditions
  • Substance abuse services through our outpatient clinic
  • Mental health and substance clinical case management services for clients re-entering the community

Please consider making a donation today. Let’s come together and make an immediate difference in the lives of our neighbors in need!

Car Seat Inspections at Mastic Ambulance

EAC Network hosted a child car seat safety inspection event at the Mastic Ambulance Company. Thank you to State Farm’s Good Neighborhood Grant whose funding makes these events possible. This important event ensures the safety of children riding in vehicles.
